About Me

I graduated from Austin Peay where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education.  After doing my student teaching at Pleasant View Elementary I was hired there to teach 3rd grade.  I taught as a general ed teacher for 12 years, then I received my Masters in Special Education through WGU,  I was lucky enough to move to Sycamore. I love it here at SMS!

I have 3 children, Ethan, Henry, and Lucy. We have 3 dogs, Bongo, Fargus and Hazel, and a cat named Hilda.  As a family we like to fish, see movies, go to the beach or mountains for vacation, and we like to play video games.
