Molly Hudgens' Biography

I am a 1998 and 2000 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree in English and Allied Language Arts and a Master's degree in School Counseling. 

I began my teaching experience in 1999 here at Sycamore Middle School where I taught language arts until I joined the counseling department in 2006.

After graduating from college, I moved back home to Cheatham County where I married my husband, Jason.  We live in the East Cheatham area on our family farm with our two sons.

I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and friends, serving in our church, and running -- especially 5Ks. 

Sycamore Middle School is my second home, and its staff and students are my second family.  I am so proud to be a part of our school and this community.  It is my hope that every child who attends SMS will find the counseling department to be a warm environment where they can come for advice, direction, and encouragement.
